Dr. Collins is top notch doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and very seasoned. He takes his time examining kids and does it so playfully that the kid wont even realize. He explains everything very clearly. Totally recommend if you need to visit a Neuro surgeon.

The experience with the doctors has been wonderful, and with the treatment in the office but unfortunately trying to talk to them on the phone is frustrating, twice I have tried to contact them in an emergency with my daughter and there is no way for anyone to answer the phone

Excellent doctors, staff. EEG was smooth, but absolutely ridiculous I need to wait 1 month to get results for a 1 hour EEG

The ladys that works there are wonderful women pleasant and friendly easy to talk and very nice to with the children. My son in particular is very upset to go to the doctor, but going there he feels good about it.

How this place has a single positive review or manages to have a patient is beyond me. I seriously question if all their positive reviews are real. Called a week ago to schedule an appointment. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. They said my child could be seen in 6 months by a nurse practitioner, which was longer then I hoped but whatever. Then I was put on hold for another 10 min and was hung up on. Normally I would have forgot about the whole thing but had already discovered that for whatever reason pediatric neurologists are ridiculous to deal with. So I filled out their new patient request form online. We went back and forth a bit via text and they asked me for my child's pediatrician info which I promptly gave them, 5 days ago. If I ran my business like this I would have no clients and me and my family would be living in a homeless shelter or on the streets. I ended up finding an excellent psychiatrist that was able to treat my son. If at all possible I suggest going that route for a more immediate need that your child has
