I highly recommend using Fabio for your floors.
My floors were unfinished wood and was chipping in spots. Fabio was able to replace the pieces that were chipped, sanded the floors and applied 3 coats of stain. They came out AMAZING!
Once completed he came back over to explain what he did and told me how to clean the floors. It was a very fair price and he was extremely professional.

Highly recommend! We purchased a home and had Fabio & Team redo all the hardwood floors before we moved in. They did an amazing job - the floors came out beautifully. Fabio was patient and answered all of my questions from the time I first spoke with him until the job was complete. Will hire them again for anything we may need in the future.

Fabios team refinished the 100 year old oak floors in our house and did a fantastic job. Easy to coordinate with, scheduled ahead and did the work exactly when he said they would. Highly recommend, floors look beautiful.
