OCLI Vision Morristown (Morristown Ophthalmology Associates)

Very unprofessional office. Good luck communicating with the manager, Kasia Panasuk. This is not the first negative review about her. She is rude, arrogant, and has not returned my calls for months. They won't be in business much longer with this level poor service. There are tons of eye doctors in Morristown. Avoid this office at all costs!

I have been trying to reach a person in the billing department for 9 months now I overpaid Morristown Ophthalmology by hundreds of dollars. My insurance covered the cost of the one time visit, yet they threatened to put me into collections if I didn't pay out of pocket as well. When I call, "press 7" for billing and you get a rapid busy signal. Press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 0 and maybe one of those extensions will I get a person who just tells you "I will email billing and they will call you", No one calls, they owe me hundreds of dollars.,. Do yourself a favor, save your money and the stress and aggravation and go elsewhere. P.S. What kind of generic response is that and 3 weeks later? I've been calling for almost a year regarding this overpayment with no action on your part. The more appropriate response would be to get your billing in order, see how much I paid you out of pocket and how much my insurance paid you. BTW, it is UNLAWFUL to take more money from a consumer than what the insurance company allows. So, with that being said, rather than getting even more frustrated in trying to phone you, I will contact my insurance company and inform them of your fraudulent billing.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would for the rude and completely inappropriate behavior of their Office Manager Kasia Panasuk. Not only did they have an attitude the entire time in both pre visit communication (or what little occurred) as well as during checkin. Upon neglecting to respond to an email, they said because I was wrong as their reasoning when the email contained a question, not even a statement of fact. I felt so disrespected that regardless of the frustration and misunderstanding of the booking (which is understandable and not why I am leaving this review) that I needed to leave and will be finding a new ophthalmologist. Dr. Subramaniam is a great doctor but I will not be subject to such lack of respect and if continuing to employ your current office manager, I will not be the last patient finding a new doctor.
