    On memorial day weekend i wound up in morristown memorial hosp. I waited 7 hours in the hall, tge nurse was inexperienced in drawing blood. I was moved to there cardiac uncare unit, was left to fend for myself. In the morning no breakfast, i was escorted to the elevator and had to walk my self out , however i was given directions.theyvwere going to let me leave with blood gushing out where they removed the port. Dr lauter never responded.

    If I have choice I will give 0 star they have bad service they don't help at all I call to make a payment plan of a bill the lady I talk with she gives me a plan with 13:40$ at the end I found that they took 1340 $ from my account I talk with them many times to fix the problen they don't do nothing am still waiting to refund me but they didn't its about one month

    Went there for an elective surgery. The office said they had obtained prior authorization from my insurance company and my copay would be $100. About a month later I get two bills from them one for 1,500 and one for about 10 grand. I call them up they tell me it was an error and to disregard it. Dont hear anything for a year and I get an automated call from them about an outstanding balance. This place is terrible run and would not recommend

    My mom scheduled and got the COVID vaccination at an AMG location that also has an urgent care center. They billed the insurance for "Urgent Care Visit" on both occasions in addition to the shots themselves. Nothing other than vaccination was performed on both occasions. Insurance denied both requests resulting in the patient being billed a massive $442 for the two COVID shots. No wonder there are unvaccinated people in USA! Irrespective of how this gets resolved, the very act of billing $400+ to an insured person for a COVID vaccination shows how wonderful this company is. The company contacted me about this review and said they will not bill me. Then behind my back they billed the insurance again. And now 2 years later they have billed me again! The person on the phone keeps repeating that this is an urgent care visit and does not even have records for it. So even a response to these reviews from the company is bogus.
