I was due for my teeth cleaning today had a 1030 appointment they had everything so well organized they sent me a text on friday with instructions Then this Morning they sent me a text to fill out to see if i have been sick Them got to parking lot and called and told me IT was good to come in i wore my mask they checked my temperature they have hand santizer all around then you rinse your mouth out before they clean your teeth everything was perfect IT was like seeing family again Jackie is always my hyginist so sweet all of the staff are the best so cheerful and very caring about your health and safety God bless you i have know Dr Romano for at least 18 yrs love you all

Dr Romano started something with my teeth, and he didn't finish. His secretary hung up on me a few times because I wanted my dental records which he refused to give me. Unfortunately I have had nightmares from this for weeks, not pleasant. No pics of his work, he showed me a pic from a book, when asked, not his. I wish I didn't decide to go to him, but I didn't know. He told me to go somewhere else after, and was unwilling to even talk to me, after starting something already, only another dentist his secretary was willing to give any records at the time. This has put me through a lot of pain for months, he didn't want to talk to me, only email. He was in a rush and didn't seem to care at all about my concerns, just to go somewhere else. My experience with Dr Romano wasn't good. He was and is unwilling to fix it, but im so glad I'm never going back. The other dentist Dr. Bazzarro was nice and good, and so was the hygienist Jackie was nice. Dr Romano made me scared of the dentist again and I would not recommend Dr Romano.

Staff is always welcoming and attentive. Offices are clean, up to date and have great technology. Dr. Romano is engaging during each appointment and happy you are his patient. I typically enjoy going to the dentist, but at Aesthetic Smiles, I love going to the dentists.
