Were completely satisfied with M&M Construction Specialist. Their estimate was accurate and detailed to our specific request. Every appointment was on time. The crew was polite and worked hard to complete our roof in one day. They made the necessary repairs that were needed to ensure the roofs integrity. They also completed some additional exterior carpentry work that we had been putting off. The clean-up was immaculate. Weve received many compliments from our neighbors on our new roof!

We had a leak in our ceiling from the floor above caused by another contractor and we called M&M to help. They came out the very next day to asses the damage and start the work. This is the second time we've used M&M for a project in our home and I will continue to use them for future projects. Their communication is great and a project manager comes by the house every day to ensure the project is moving along in a timely fashion. They are always considerate in our home. Highly recommend!

M&M provided a great solution for waterproofing my basement. Coordinated the entire job including remediation of the damage inside and landscaping work for fixing the drainage outside. Quality work, nice people and a great result!

This contractor is the best we have ever worked with in every way: getting an estimate and settling on a price; organizing a timely start-up; completing the job faster than expected; doing high quality work all around; leaving the work site clean and tidy. The house damage that let to this project was hard to take, but now the house looks better than ever.

I would highly recommend M&M Construction, we had two new windows installed the whole house painted and new gutters. They were very knowledgeable, took great care, paid attention to detail, very timely, organized and professional. I would definitely use them again for future projects.
