Walked in with my order confirmation ready to go. I politely gave them the name and showed them on my phone. Then they persisted to repeatedly ask me for the name, and say my order wasnt there.
They didn't Even look for it.
Then I asked if they could look it up using my conformation number. They looked at me like I had three heads. They rudely shrugged me off and went directly back to playing on their phones in front of me. (Refer to the picture below.)
After going back a forth with them not even trying to attempt to do their jobs, the taller black gentleman who was doing all of the cooking in the back. He overheard all of the madness that they call customer service. He Walked up to the counter, looked at the shelf, and the order was sitting there with my name on it plain as day. I didnt grab his name but HE NEEDS A RAISE!!
Common sense aint common, and reading is fundamental. How do you have an employer and you dont have basic reading and comprehension skills. and to be clear there was NO LANGUAGE BARRIER. So thats not even a viable factor.
I will never give my hard earned money to an establishment that treats their customers that way. No matter how minor or important the transaction is.
For example, whether I spend $2 on a candy bar from wherever. Or Im doing a $10,000 deal with a dealership.
You will not get my money if you disrespect me.
If I hadnt pre paid, you wouldnt have gotten a penny from me.
Shame on whoever hired them and who ever runs this location.
