My Carol was towed Friday night and nobody will answer me when they put you to service no one available Alex parts transferred me hows yo vice mail called 1800 number she calls no one answers then her call goes to survey no one will call about my car also left message on sales too

brought my f150 in for service. the steering was sticky and hard to turn. service department quoted me 3k. yes 3 thousand dollars to fix issue. I took the truck back and went to well known local auto shop. they fixed it for 425 dollars using genuine Ford parts...

Always had nice things to say about the service center of this dealership- until they told me my cars issue had to do with a part that broke when they rebuilt my transmission a couple years back. They have had my car for 3 weeks, havent touched my vehicle, and havent offered any complimentary services in terms of a rental vehicle. So unbelievably upset with this service department. Seems like they simply dont want to deal with a problem they caused. What a disappointment.
