Coming Soon: Audio of Upstairs Neighbor Stomping Around on Hardwood Floors Morning, Noon* and Night !!! * Noon Stomping is on Fridays and Weekends Only FYI: Two of the reviews posted here are by the owners, Lily and Henry Smith. They give 5-Star reviews -- but neither of them choose to live at Hamilton Court. Lily chooses Blair House and all senior staff people always live at Blair House. I've lived here for almost 18 years and have seen the history. If you don't enjoy hearing your upstairs neighbors' every move or sharing adjacent walls, I'd advise against moving here. I can hear my upstairs female use her toilet (yes in every way now) and my nextdoor guy use his toilet as well. And the hard slam of the toilet lid is just icing on the disgusting cake. Management used to care about tenants; management does not care any longer. Also: check out the parking lot here. Please wear a helmet and if it's raining, a life-vest. It's 6pm on Friday and upstairs neighbor vacuuming her hardwood floors with a brush vacuum right now. I thought it was some sort of sawing or grinding machine but my guy knew what it was: She is vacuuming bare wood floors with a carpet vacuum. I once had an upstairs neighbor who was totally deaf; she was a perfect fit here.

        Excellent building. Staff are great. Front entrance needs rehabilitation and ADA compliance. Balconies are old looking and need replacing; may be nice to match Blair House.

        My wife and I lived there in2008 till 2014 moved from ny to be close to our jobs the super Ralph wasn't any help.and management had Men that couldn't speak English blowing the yard where the cars are and heading our two brand-new cars scratching them and breaking the windows I tried to call about this and many others problems it cost alot of time and money and the rent was outrageous so we moved out without suing management.my wife died soon after.worked 23 years for Verizon l was on strike UAW. Think and ask about everything. You will find a reason not to signal lease. Try to put a down payment on the house around the back say away from any of apt , buildings
