        Rent increases for old residents are outrageous, my apartment plan on my floor was online for 300 USD less than for my lease renewal theyve sent just a day later. Ive asked them to at least match the price for me as for old resident and they refused. Of course, the cheap apartment is now gone as some new resident took it and I am l left with 21% increase in my rent!

        Modera 44 is a great place to live.The building is always kept clean. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are always prompt when getting back to you if you need anything

        Access to downtown - location is great! Amenities are awesome - only downside is more communication regarding building efforts/repairs. But it is clean and friendly.

        I'm in love with this place! Everything is so nice and amenities are super great. services are always on the spot! Pet spa is one of our favourite things about this place alongside with gym and how great leasing office team is!
