        had to get tested for travel, rep said we had to submit the claim to insurance ourselves, sent us the invoices. Insurance refused to reimburse because the invoice did not have the code(!!). When asked for an invoice with the code - they tell us this service is not reimbursable because it was done on site and not sent to the lab and we should have been told that. But we were told the opposite. This place is a scam capitalizing on the pandemic.
