I rented an outside, drive-up storage unit back in December for a discounted price. I needed to store my 2015 Scion FRS for the winter. I knew it had a an old, non stock battery and probably would die over the long sitting period in the cold, so I let it be to replace the battery in the spring. I took an Uber to the location and was prepared with jumper cables. Sure enough, the battery was completely dead in storage. I contacted my sister to come meet me when she got out of work to help me jump the car. She would have had to leave 15 mins early, sit in traffic and drive 20 mins out of the way to come help me, plus I was going to sit around for about an hour +. As I walked towards the gate to the entrance, a savior named GLORIA saw me about to leave on foot and asked if everything was OK. I explained my situation and told her I was going to walk up the highway to find somewhere to wait and get food cause I was hungry. Her first concern was that I was hungry or thirsty, but realized I was just stranded until I got a jump. She said she would go talk to her co-worker MIKE to see if he could give me a jump. Mike happily obliged and grabbed his SUV to meet me over by my unit. We were able to jump the car and get it running and Gloria came over to check on us and take a look at the car, since she is really into rarer cars. She instantly liked my car and we had a great conversation and looked over the car while we were waiting for the battery to charge. Gloria & Mike not only saved me a huge headache and a long wait, but also kept my sister from having to leave work early and sit in unnecessary traffic to get to me. I thank them both for caring enough to want to help. From the moment of renting the unit through JIM back in December until now, I have had a wonderful experience and will admit I will continue to do business with this location in the future!

we were looking for a storage near by where we are moving, for some reason website showed this place the closest (in reality it is not so it is inaccurate description) when i realized it is 20+ mins from where i am gonna be, i tried calling the same day(2/23) but after hours could not reach any body, i did not leave and i called the next morning (2/24) explained them the situation, and by the way move in date is still 2/29, they did not fully refund my money, on a storage i've never used, so no obligation cancellation is going to cost you fees which is not mentioned, i was gonna book with their closer location which was Montville, i was not even offer i could use a different location, the lady rushed to hang up the phone so case is closed, will look for a different company!
