Almas is a true and passionate real estate agent and helped us with two different transactions (Purchase & Rental) and overall it was an amazing experience working with Almas on both occasions. Almas helped us staging our home for the rental then helped us showing different houses time to time, she is very accommodating in scheduling appointments, very professional and a true guiding source when it comes to buying/selling or renting a home, being a novice in real estate market Almas took care of every step proactively in the process for us and provided the best needed guidance. Almas is a gift from God!! Almas Khan is the BEST realtor to work with. I was selling my house and wanted someone knowledgeable and trustworthy as we knew very little about the process and Almas walked us through the whole process every step of the way. Whenever I was unsure about something, I could call Almas and she explained the situation and always made me feel better. Selling a house can be stressful, but Almas will not let you down. Her negotiation skills are AMAZING and got us the price more than what we were hoping for! She knows the Morris county area extremely well and will always warn you about any concerns of the property or location. She doesnt just try to sell your home, she works hard to make sure that you get the BEST price for your home. She works very hard to get you everything easy and is very methodical throughout the process. I highly suggest that you reach out to her if youre looking to buy or sell a home! Honestly speaking if you do not utilize her expertise, you are totally missing out.
