Signing up for Carole's program & training with her weekly was one of the best decisions I made! I am getting married, so I wanted to get toned and loose some weight. The 3 month program was extremely helpful, it truly did set me up for living a healthier life style in the long run. She makes it easy and fun! Honestly did not feel like I was on any sort of diet at all. I would highly recommend Carole to anyone who is looking to break bad habits, eat clean, and get in shape!

Just completed Carole Soders 12 Week Metabolic Reset and Transformation Program and it was awesome! Its been amazing for me to see the changes I have made and how my mindset about food has changed in just 12 weeks! Couldnt have gotten to where I am today without Coach Carolethank you

I lost 13 pounds in 3 months with Carole then another 11 in the following 4 months without her but with all of the knowledge I learned from her! It really isn't a diet its learning good habits that let you continue your weight loss for as long as you want to. Great communication and she was a great resource to ask any questions!
