        6/26/2023 -- update. I replied to the online support as directed. Heard from Assistant manager 4 days later. He made promises, no one called back. I cancelled my account on 6/15, and they still took money out of my account on the 21st. 8 business days later they still haven't gotten the traps off my property, can officially end my account until then. This branch has issues, stay away. Lot's of talk and excuses, no customer service. I have used the service for almost 2 years at this point. They are far from cheap, and when you need service outside of your scheduled time, they are quite unresponsive. Good luck getting service quickly when you need it. But they definitely know how to get the money out of your account. Services: Termite extermination, Ant extermination
