I can't express enough gratitude to Cheryl! We had a nightmare situation with purchasing our house, but Cheryl never gave up. Cheryl was the only person we could rely on throughout the entire transaction and made us feel like real human beings when everyone else was treating us poorly and lying to us. Cheryl was always making phone calls, sending emails, and keeping us posted every step of the way. If we didn't have Cheryl by our side, who knows if we would have closed when we did - if at all! Cheryl was kind, strong, and incredibly professional, but most of all, Cheryl was REAL. She genuinely seemed to care about us and she is someone that I hope to keep in touch with forever. I highly recommend Cheryl!

Cheryl made our first home buying experience so seamless and took a lot of the stress away from buying our first house! She was extremely responsive and always made time for us. We bought our first house with Cheryl and she took so much time teaching us everything we need to know/look for when buying a house and I would definitely recommend her!! Thanks again Cheryl!

Cheryl was very helpful with finding our new home. When showing us around a house that she hasn't been at before, she would point out any issues that she would see, rather than just try to make the sale. I really appreciate this from a salesperson. She was beyond nice, and really made our first house buying experience very easy. We have already recommended her to our friends and family, and would highly recommend her to anyone.
