Cost on my Apple Pay. Checked my bank statement and I was charged for the *free* rewards chicken AND they forgot to put the chicken in the bag in the drive thru. I was stuck at work for a 7 hour shift with only a kale salad. I was livid. Contacted customer service, they said this location would reach out to me, havent heard back. Also left FOUR voicemails on the number and no one has called me back. I was overcharged and not even given the item I was overcharged for. Will be disputing this with my bank and making a big deal out of this because the principle. Ive had many issues with this location and Ive never said anything until now.
