        Beauty by Biba is an AMAZING experience! I see Stephanie at the Moorestown location. She is so warm and inviting and makes you feel like she's known you for years. I get a signature facial and she customizes it to address my concerns or problem areas. Stephanie's expertise (and love) for skin care and treatments is unmatched. She makes great recommendations for treatments and products and I am always looking forward to my next appointment! She creates the most relaxing atmosphere to get pampered in. Do yourself the favor and book with Stephanie ASAP! The spa is beautiful, clean, and relaxing and Bianca at the front desk is always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

        Big meh. Ive had several facials at the same price point and several at lower price points and this one is the worst Ive ever gotten. The staff are all very nice and welcoming, but after several pimples post-facial Im not so sure they know what theyre doing over there. I looked nice and glowy immediately after the facial but had a pimple the following day, then another this has never happened to me after a facial and I have clear skin normally. Perhaps this was due to the unnecessary treatments they added on. Im pretty disappointed in my experience.

      Hi Corinne…I was so sorry to read that you had a negative experience at our spa! I just checked your notes and everything we used on you was oil free and light, except the Neova day cream, which is fine for normal to dry skin, just not for acne or extremely oily skin. We don’t use unnecessary heavy products and our team is very educated on working with testy skin. Since I’m acne-prone I’m big on facials that don’t clog in any way. The oxygen treatment that’s included is wonderful for all skin types. I’m not sure what could have caused the subsequent pimples and you’re right, a good facial should not cause breakouts or much purging. I just checked with my esthetician and she was surprised because she thought you had loved the whole experience and raved about it with her at the end. Please understand that coming from a business owner that is obsessed with making sure her client’s experience is wonderful, I would have really loved hearing about this personally before reading this review. Please don’t hesitate to reach out so I can arrange a complementary consult and mini. We would have loved to be able to make it right and would still love to! Xo…Biba
