Colleen OHara and her family of contractors is honestly very unprofessional. Bought a house 2.5 months ago and cant even get their permits together till this date.

I'll not recommend purchasing a home through this company or any of their agents. I was lured to purchasing a home in Willingboro posted by Colleen O'Hara and she recommended Wendy to me as my realtor since they don't do dual agent or whatever they call it which was cool but, they sold me a home with plumbing issues and the seller lied that he fixed the issues before we did the closing. Please stay away from these charlatans if you can and if you need more information, please leave a reply with your contact and I'll contact you directly *but* stay far away from any postings by Colleen and her company.

We had some logistical challenges in our deal due to a number of factors (COVID, schedules, etc) I have to say I am blown away by the level of customer service received by Reshma Parekh. Through all of the challenges we had she brought the humanity back in to the process, in a world of mostly transactional relationships. We were nervous and almost homeless. She was able to work with us to lull our concerns to sleep with a high level of genuine personality and concern. I could not recommend her more to anyone trying to find a place. In a computerized world stripped of its humanity, Reshma was a sigh of relief. Thank you for all your help! If I could give you 6 stars, I would!

Maria Helena performed an outstanding job representing us with the sale of our property. She had our back every inch of the way. We could not have had a better agent while we were dealing with the very stressful process of selling and moving. She is very professional and on top of her game. I recommend her excellent work and performance to anyone.
