        Called the office today asking for a call back because I was horribly sick . I was told I would get a call and that call never came . Worst customer service and follow up . Urgent care is the way to go before this practice. Very sad medical world we live in. Where are the good doctors anymore.

        Last year I had been all over from my first doctor in harden, urgent care, even the ER! No on would help me and kept saying my serve swimmers ear was just wax. Dr. Louis(I think is her name) actually listen and said there was no wax. My ear was so inflamed that there was no wonder I was going through a bottle of liquid motran. She gave me 8 bottle of ibrouphian and amoxicillin. She also help me a lot more then any other place when I had fever of 105!

        They messed up my labs and I had to fight to get them to admit they mishandled the sample. No protocol followed and they're not willing to take responsibility.

        I have never experienced a doctors office like this . I needed a refill on a medication I must have . I left numerous messages . Never a return . On the last day of my meds I called the pharmacy and at my cost filled my prescription. I am shocked .this was not my first experience with this office . Im so disappointed. Im absolutely finished with them and will definitely send my info to my heart Doctor . I guess if they dont get paid they dont respond . Worse medical office Ive ever had to deal with . Shame on them for calling themselves medical Doctors .

        I dont know why we make appointments. Whats the use of making an appointment when they make you wait another hour or so in waiting area and also in the room. This happens all the time.
