Artisan Massage Therapy

Noticeable improvement in my back. Masseuse communicates throughout massage. Personally, I am not interested in stones and lotions--just results.

I have been seeking help with pain in my neck, back, and stiffness around the calves. While I have been seeing a chiropractor as well, I wanted to give something else a shot to relieve some of the pain, tension, and dont you know it stress; I tried an alternative method with Art. Prior to my appointment, I was sent an email that was detailed enough that I could answer simply and still be able to add specific details of my own to give Art for advance notice on what Id like my focus to be during our session. I love this aspect of the experience, personally am not a huge talker when it comes to my massages sessions so when I arrived he only had to guide me to the table, told me what he thought would be most beneficial ( between a massage or a mix of some pressure point releases; along with the massage) and we were off to the races. The amount of pressure used was perfect, how he moved my arms around to be able to reach different pressure points I didnt even know I had, and the soothing sounds had me feeling relaxed. For me the experience was one of the best I have had in a long time! Art himself made the massage seem personalized to me, I left feeling much better. The next day he followed up to see how I was feeling and offered to help if I was still in discomfort. I told him No need, I have more movement in my neck and shoulder areas! Needless to say 10 out of 10!

I cant say enough about my experience. After explaining the pain I was having, Art was able to pinpoint the trouble spots. Then with the necessary stretches and range of motion exercises I can honestly say that I felt a huge improvement right away. This was a great relief as I was suffering for quite a while and couldnt get relief. I Intend to make a monthly appointment to continue to maintain the improved status. Art offers a very comfortable and professional atmosphere. His obvious personal concern for your well-being gives you the confidence that you made the right choice! Great experience and a great guy!
