        Extremely rude help. They had to get something out of the back. We asked how long it would be, as they were helping someone else and the forklift driver said "hey you came to us"! Rude rude rude! Very hard to get help there

        Salesperson was a great help finding all of the flooring that we needed to get the job done. Waited over 2 hours for them to pull it and load it in my truck. They need to come up with a better system when it comes to customer pickup
