    I have used Herbach and Rademan for years. When going to college and building projects, long before the internet I used them. Recently I was rebuilding an old Seismograph for a display and needed a very specific type of drive motor. I accidentally ordered a CW version. A phone call got me a person instantly and they found me a CCW version. It mounted perfectly and works great. Highly recommended. I just wish their website would be upgraded a bit.

    Buyer beware! I placed an online order and still have not received it over 2 weeks later. I called the customer service and tech support numbers, and nobody ever answers. I have left voicemails, emails, and faxed them with no response to any of them. I will not buy anything from them ever again, and do NOT recommend them to anyone. I will be canceling the charges to my account. I wish I could give them a zero rating, but 1 star is the minimum I could give. This company isn't deserving of a full star.

    Hi Jackie!You want me to wait FOUR MONTHS? No way.So now we know. Your website is seriously defective since it takes money for  products that you don't have. Your web programmers don't have the time to put NOT IN STOCK messages on sold out products? That's why there's boiler plate place-holder paragraphs on your website instead of real information, isn't it?H&R has proven to be impossible to work with because:1) Customers can NOT order using your website because it is seriously defective2) Customers can NOT order by phone because your receptionist always tells customers that the sales people are not available3) Your sales people, who always refuse phone calls, DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALL MESSAGES LEFT BY CUSTOMERSMy turn to say, "I'm sorry."
