Not even knowing this location was fully open, I didnt know what to expect opening a couple of accounts. I was greeted by a gentlemen immediately after I walked in. Jeff was very relatable, friendly, and helpful in explaining everything to me. Give Jeff a raise he was and will continue to be a pleasure to work with

Pretty frustrating experience here attempting to get a document notarized a few weeks ago. I told them what I needed and they initially told me they would not be able to do it after a back and forth. I left, contacted the attorney I was working with again, and the attorney said the bank employees were wrong about their process. The attorney also said that they had never had that issue with a bank before. I went back inside and told the employees this. They then had me wait for 10-15 minutes while they checked whatever they were checking in the back. No words or updates, just me waiting in the lobby. No privacy either. Eventually the employees came back out to where I was sittting and again told me they couldn't do it and why. I again attempted to explain to them the issue they were mistaken on (they were only notarizing my signature...not the other party's) but they refused to notarize. I went to my normal branch in Cherry Hill the next day and they notarized it without issue.
