        Employees ALWAYS rude and miserable. I was not given a number for my sandwiches as I spent over $25 here this morning. When the woman put the bag on the counter in front of me and shouted a number I asked her if these were my sandwiches and she said no and screamed (with attitude and in my face) the number again and snatched the bag away. no thank you won't be coming here again. It's a shame because the bagels are delicious but their customer service is terrible. This is the first bad review I've ever wrote. I understand how difficult the service/food industry can be. But, it wasn't even busy there was no need for it.

        I absolutely love this place. Very small and personal. The staff was super inviting and on top of things they made it feel very local and at home in the atmosphere. Will definitely come back again!!
