This was my first visit in many years to an optometrist. This office had state of the art equipment for diagnosis. The staff was efficient and friendly. The doctor was amazing and very thorough with my exam.
He took his time with me and explained everything about my exam. Definitely a 5 star place. I would highly recommend Pompton Eye Care.

Huge shout out to Pompton Eye & Vision Care and Dr. Bill Ference who, through the miracle of a broken pair of glasses that caused me to set up an immediate appointment, led to Dr. Bill discovering several major tears in the retinas of both my eyes.
Im now scheduled for eye surgery tomorrow morning as this was a ticking time bomb that could have been disastrous for me and possibly could have led to blindness in at least one of my eyes. If you are ever in need of a dependable, detail-focused and extremely gifted eye doctor, Bill Ference is the one to see.

My daughter has been a long time patient of Dr Ference, we couldnt be happier with the service and care we have received over the years, we recently saw the doctor for regular eye exam, in that visit I was expressing my concerns to him with the frequent (3-5 x wk) headaches my daughter has had for several years. She has been under the care of a neurologist and they diagnosed her with migraines but never got a solution. Dr Ference understood my concerns and did an additional test to check her eye alignment and we ordered the neurolens for her , I couldnt believe the first week of wearing the new lenses and no headaches! She now has been wearing the new lenses for close to 2months and has had total of 2 headaches, unbelievable the difference she went from 3-5 headaches a week to now having a total of 2 headaches in the past 2 months! As a mother this just brings me to tears finally my daughter has relief! I cant thank Dr Ference and his staff enough for all their support and care!
