I took the three week course and though it was challenging, due to a lot of material, it was fun and I learnt a lot. My instructor was John Koller, who has a lot of knowledge to share . You as a student need to pay attention and study. He explained concepts using case studies/ scenarios which came in handy during my state exam. I passed the school and state exams as a one and done! I recommend this school for anyone who wants to join the real estate industry.

My experience was good. My instructor was Mr. John. I passed the school test and the State exam both in the first try. This is no an easy course. Anyone who wants to learn Real Estate, pass the exam and become a real estate agent, must be 100% immersed and compromised with their individual learning. In my case English is NO my first language (and honestly was extremely difficult), so I knew it was a big challenge to me, so I picked my book up about 2 months in advance and started learning by myself, answering the question, making notes, watching videos in YouTube and doing as much I could to understand the topics, then when I started the course I can say I didn't have social life for those 3 weeks, because I was 100% focused in success. I would get home and keep studying for some hours, as well on the weekends. Finally all that effort gave me a recompense My advice to you is, if you're thinking in doing this course go for it with 100% of your focus.

I just completed the 3 week intensive course. There is a lot of information that for the most part is very dry. The instructor, John Koller, provided helpful insight and context that lightened up the material and even help me remember some of the more complex concepts. I can not imagine taking this type of course online, as I know I would be very distracted. As someone that has not taken any form of classroom instruction in many, many years, John helped to make learning and retaining the information less difficult. I do recommend the school.

WHAT A SCHOOL! I just had my last day of school yesterday, and we took out school exam, and I PASSED!! Montclair School of Real Estate does a REALLY good job preparing you for the state exam, and life as an Agent. Our Instructor Mr.John is AMAZING, he does am great job painting a picture for us to understand concepts. Ms. Mercury is so helpful and so accommodating. There were so many other schools I looked into it before picking MSRE, and I am so glad I did. If your having any doubt I suggest you to try out Montclair School of Real Estate.
