Seth has my highest recommendation as a real estate agent. He was very thorough in sending us listings and in his communication with my partner and myself. Seth was truly was pivotal in our landing our dream home. As first-time home buyers, we had a whole lot of questions regarding the entire process, and Seth was able to help us from A-Z regarding all our questions/concerns. It also helped that he could connect us with other people in the industry (home inspector, attorney, etc) all people who were also equally diligent with their service. Highly recommended!

Seth did an outstanding job sharing and showing the different types of rental units available around the NJ area. He was prompt in scheduling tours so that we could see multiple apartments in a single trip and he made sure to address concerns we have about certain units. He considered all criteria I was considering when sharing listings, so that I could tour around apartments that well-suited my interest.
