Lina worked with us over the last year to help us purchase our dream home! When we started our home search in New Jersey, we lived out in California and Lina offered to attend viewings on our behalf and virtually guided us through the homes we were interested in. I cannot thank Lina enough for the wonderful service. I own property in Essex county NJ and iv been planning to leave the states. I almost considered selling my property until I found Walkable Suburb, Lina offers property management services. A lot of her clients were in the same boat as me, and thanks to her I can hold onto my property with out having to worry about most of the normal stresses that come with being a land lord. At first I underestimated the importance of having a company manage the property, but quickly realized its a luxury a could not be without. She conveniently sells real estate as well. Pauline (Lina) was professional, responsive, and a wonderful resource for local services as we prepared our Montclair house to sell. Lina and her assistant Jodi took care of every detail, and got our house successfully sold at well over asking.I am also so grateful to Lina for helping us to find our new home in Cedar Grove.

Lina made us feel comfortable the moment we met her outside my parents home. She immediately helped us feel at ease by explaining the selling process and preparing us for what to expect every step of the way. She had a proactive approach. We were immediately impressed with her vast knowledge of the real estate market.Once the house was listed, Lina always made herself available for home tours and Open Houses. She was very accommodating and responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns whether by text, email or phone. The lines of communication were always open. She worked in unison with her assistant Jodi to make sure we were kept up to date with any new developments along the way. Lina was also a supportive presence during the many obstacles that we faced along the way. Lina's utilization of social media, and her astute advertising was instrumental in the eventual sale of the home. She offered a video tour of the home and also shared a hand drawn sketch of the property lay out. One of the areas in which Lina was extremely valuable was in providing reputable resources and contractors that we needed along the way. (i.e. Window Installers, Painters, Bulk Removal Companies, etc.) Due to the teams efforts, when multiple offers came through on the home after the second Open House, Lina offered to meet with us in person to help us understand the implications of each offer and select the one that was in our best interests. She always made sure we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions. Overall, I would truly recommend Lina to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We would most definitely use Lina again for any future purchases and/or sales. She always had our best interests in mind and was extremely professional and hands on during the entire process. She set the highest standards, and then exceeded them.
