We started working with The Wright Group at Christie's International Real Estate Montclair this year as we were house-hunting from across the country in California. We saw that theyre New Jersey real estate experts and voted best Montclair Real Estate Agents. Curtis and Erica exceeded our expectations with the way theyve supported our house hunting journey. Looking for a house across the country is incredibly challenging, especially in this market. We have two small kids and timing and location were really important for us. First, Curtis and Erica were so responsive. They pulled together listings for us, and did several virtual tours. We put down 7 offers, and each time, they encouraged us to follow our gut and never pressured us to go to a certain price, even with an incredibly hot market and listings going within hours. That requires integrity, and they demonstrated that every time. In addition to their integrity and responsiveness, Curtis and Erica have great connections in the New Jersey market, which is also what allowed us to meet our deadline with house hunting. They connected us with an off-market property that is absolutely beautiful and fell within our budget. Theyre connected to developers, designers, and vendors who have strong reputations in Essex County - the best of the best. Their knowledge of the area and connections are incredibly valuable. And finally, Curtis and Erica are warm and personable. This made working with them so easy. We towed our two kids around at showings and their friendliness and warm demeanor helped our kids feel comfortable while we all stayed on track with house hunting.
