Very unwelcoming experience. We didnt have reservations and it must have been clear to the staff there before we said anything because they looked at my daughter and I like we didnt belong and essentially asked us what we were doing. Wed never been to this studio before and couldnt find a way to make reservations online. Its not a big deal that we couldnt paint pottery today, its just the way we were treated upon walking in the door.

Always a creative experience here. Great way to kill an afternoon. Reservations are a must.

The options for pottery were fairly limited. We also sensed a fair amount of discontent from the staff about helping us change our reservation time (we called a week ahead of time). Lastly, the finishing/glazing that was done (by the store staff) for our projects were poorly executed. Drips, scuff marks, and scratches left our projects badly finished. I felt like I wanted to ask for a do-over because the store didnt pay proper attention to their responsibilities even though I took care on my end.
