Grove Pharmacy LLC

Don't bother. Used to be the best pharmacy, but I had to call numerous times, took them almost 24 hours to fill it, had to give them my credit card info twice, every person I spoke with didn't have a clue. It was like speaking to people with dementia. CVS was better. Don't bother with Grove. I'm done with them.

Whos minding the store? Its total chaos in there now. When Larry owned Grove Pharmacy it ran like a fine oiled machine! Now prescriptions are late being filled, deliveries are very late, no one calls to tell you if there is a problem with your prescription or medication so when you come to pick it up youre blindsided! Believe it or not Shop Rite pharmacy in WO is 100 times better and Im going to finally have to transfer my prescriptions there. I just cant take the mayhem of Grove anymore.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I asked if they had any other sizes in a Harry Potter baby outfit as the ones they had on the floor were too small for what I needed, and they told me no. As I was leaving I saw the size I needed in their display case and asked to purchase it. I was told yes but when the cashier went to go open the case a manager (the one who told me they didnt have other sizes) told her no and that they wouldnt open the display and dont sell items from their display. It makes no sense and they quickly lost a customer. So frustrating to see the item you need and not be able to purchase it because the staff is being lazy- especially during the holidays.

Worst service. Recent changes placed people who have NO customer service skills or common courtesy in wrong positions. They lie as I called while in the store to see how they operate and was very disturbed by what I saw. In short. they do not care! Very sad after 30 years of loyal service to this pharmacy in particular. Michelle was great, suneil was phenomenal. All others may or may not be the problem. Currently looking for another pharmacy sad and disappointed.
