The guy working there was rude and unhelpful. He didn't feel like helping me when I asked to try on a pair of glasses! Place is always empty. Go somewhere else that actually cares about customer service. Above and beyond... yeah right!

After almost a month of not having the extra time to visit Eye Candy to check out their selection of Matsuda, I made the time this Friday. My excitement of finally seeing their selection to hopefully use the balance of my FSA wore off after 5 minutes.  I felt that I wasn't welcome as the lone staff member was too busy to do the things helpful optical workers do: suggest a similair brand, or ask questions to discover what the customer is looking for. After so many stores were shut down for almost a year and barely made it to 2021, I was so mystified that my sale wasn't needed. I did not get upset, as I would have normally, I politley waved goodbye, as he was on a telephone call behind the desk, to keep from disturbuing him because at the end of the day "he" was really doing me a favor. Thanks again.
