Tammy was really gentle with us (not aggressive, like many realtors I have met) and patient with explaining the buying process as well as getting to know us and what we were looking for. Since we were generally so ill-informed about what it takes to buy a home, she took the time to make sure we understood the process and ultimately led us to our beautiful forever home! Tammy is confident in her abilities to find people the right home and really leaves her personal touch. Tamara was wonderful to work with! We knew she someone we knew we could trust and count on in the home buying process. She helped us secure our last apartment, so we knew we wanted to work with her when it came time to purchase our first home. In this fierce home buying market, we knew she would have our back and help guide us to getting the home of our dreams. We spent several weekends looking at houses and finally settled on the one we wanted. With Tamaras hard work we were able secure the house we fell in love with and the first house we put an offer on. She was with us every step of the way and helped us navigate the ins and outs of the home buying process. She is expedient, knowledgeable, kind, and honest, we would use her again in a heartbeat!

We were very lucky to be connected to Tammy through a friend of a friend of a friend. It was just meant to be! The stars aligned and we landed someone who met all of our needs - always promptly, professionally, and with kindness and sincerity. We actually were lucky enough to close on our house only about six weeks after contacting her, and in an historically tight market. As other reviewers have said, she never pushed us in one direction or another, staying objective and more of a guide than anything else. She really did make the entire process less stressful and more enjoyable. I will be recommending her to any friend looking to buy a home in the Essex County area. Tamara is the best! My boyfriend and I were interested in buying a condo at first, but after some discussion, we decided to buy a single family home. She was very helpful in guiding us through the whole process. As first time homebuyers, we were practically clueless. I am glad that she was with us every step of the way without ever getting frustrated with our cluelessness. She will work with your availability, book as many home viewings as she can, and will inform you of open houses. She is also very responsive with any questions that we had.
