We are not from here originally so she had the patience to work with us in multiple areas both close and far and also guided us through the unique way that the NJ market operates. (selling) Patricia (Pat) made selling our home so easy. Her expertise and market knowledge made the process go quickly and as painlessly as possible. Lots of support and advice from staging and marketing to cleaning and closing and all the little bumps along the way. Even during a pandemic and we refused to have an open house, we made well over asking. (buying) Incredibly professional and thorough with assessments and making sure things are done right the first time. I have bought and sold real estate with Pat and in all instances I was provided valuable insight and solid real estate advice. This review is about buying with Pat, in which we purchased back in 2019 and 2022. We probably seen over 50 homes and she had the same enthusiasm each home. And if youre a veteran using a VA loan shes your person. Not a lot of knowledgeable VA agents in this area. I highly recommend Pat Davis for all your Real Estate needs.

We were forced to put our house on the market during the worst possible time; during the winter holidays which were followed by the pandemic. But Pat persevered and kept our spirits up as well. She held open houses even when few couples visited. She created fabulous brochures. She advertised in print and on TV. She always kept us informed and when we had a question we got an answer immediately. If you have a home to sell, call Pat Davis. You don't have to thank me.
