Jen Cruz who answers the phone is so nice and helpful. Ms. Cruz explained my insurance information and took the time to call me back. I called so many therapists/therapy offices and kept leaving messages and never heard back! I was so appreciative she answered the phone! I graduated college and needed to talk to someone. So happy I found them. I already told two of my friends.

Ali Whitney is everything you would want out of a therapist - she listens, validates your thoughts/experiences, and creates a safe space. She truly wants the best for you and will give you all the tools and resources you need to leave with meaningful, positive results. If you have the opportunity to make an appointment with her- do it! You will not regret it :)

The office manager was so nice and helpful. I got in for an appointment the same week. I am a college student and it was easy to find from Montclair University. Def recommend!
