Im very grateful for the healing hands at Well in Montclair, specifically their resident acupuncturist Alicia. Weekly, we address chronic neck shoulder, back stiffness, with such improvements that I am able to move more with ease. She also uses routines that help regulate my sleep and stress allowing me to be way more productive both at work and at home. She is a fantastic alternative in tackling those challenges in a natural and holistic way.

I was in denial that I needed care. Three months after my injury, I was still in pain. Well In Montclair provided the needed therapy and education on how to avoid reinjury. Within 4 weeks, I experienced improvements. I can't believe I waited so long to begin therapy.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet! I have been going since 2020 and it is hands down my favorite place in Montclair. Everyone there is incredible; kind, caring, thoughtful and their approach to combined care is wonderful. I have used every service there and have been extremely pleased with all of them. If you have any hesitations here is your sign to throw them to the wind and go! Cathy has made a beautiful place for people to focus on wellness. I can't speak highly enough!

Been seeing Skye for physical therapy and Alisha for acupuncture and besides Skye working her magic, Alisha has made me a true believer of Chinese medicine. She truly is a miracle worker. She is so knowledgeable about what she is doing, well worth a visit.
