        Extremely disappointed that I had an appointment booked 3 weeks in advance for today, canceled just yesterday. I was quickly refunded my deposit, however having to rummage and find another shop as a replacement to prepare for a wedding this week was beyond frustrating. Everyone seemed pleasant but the person who was suppose to start and braid my hair ( me being a first time client) left me with a bad impression
