Meat-A-Tarian

This restaurant is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. when I feel like having a good lunch, this place comes instantly to my mind. excellent and many types of food and a rich menu.great staff, and great atmosphere. Also important, the charge is decent. I suggest this spot with no hesitation.

I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a fantastic evening and the place was definitely the reason for the strong event. The team collaborated in a splendid style, the cuisine was appetizing and my guests were very joyful. We shall definitely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

I have not enjoyed my meal here the past 3 times I ordered (over the course of a 2 month period). I have been ordering from Meat-a-tarian for 3 years at least once a week. The problem is not with the food and it rarely ever has been, but rather it is a problem with the people that are working here and their inability to take an order correctly. I understand kitchen mistakes happen or incorrect orders taken, but the past 3 times (and probably 4 out of the last 6), I've had issues. I order the same thing every time and my order is rarely correct recently. My order: cheesesteak platter with no peppers, no onions, and over french fries. Over the past 3 order, Meat-a-tarian has had to remake my food everytime. One time I received it with peppers and onions over rice and salad. The next time was without peppers and onions, but still over rice and salad. The last time (today), it was over rice and salad again and with french fries on the side. I was also charged extra for the french fries because they were on the side for the first time in 3 years since I started ordering from here weekly. I asked the employee(s) to remake my order since I did not wish to have my cheesesteak with rice mixed in. I was very clear that I wanted them to only remake the steak and that I was fine with the french fries on the side. What I received was the old cheesesteak removed from the container with rice and salad on the bottom and it was put in another container over new french fries. If you are going to remake the french fries why not take the 2 minutes while the french fries are cooking to remake the cheesesteak as well? When I finally got back to my office after a brisk 1 minute walk, my cheesesteak was cold still was littered with rice. I won't be going back to Meat-a-Tarian for quite some time, if ever.
