If I could give them less than one star I would. Yelpers have reported this place is closed, for me thats wishful thinking I hope its true, No one should have to go through what they have put me through. Over six months ago I met with Tracy and her husband so that they could help me with my tax situation. I had a mound of tax debt that I needed help with and they assured me that they would help me out. After not communicating with me for over 6 months, just last week they sent back my taxes. That was after I had sent them an email asking them where they were in the process. Five days later I received an email from Tracy saying that they could not help me and they were sending back my taxes. It's probably a good thing that they're reported as closed because, honestly they steered me down the wrong path and now I have to handle things on my own. Very unprofessional I would never work with them again or refer them to anyone. They did all of this after I brought them a new client who owns a company and asked Tracy for help with filing their LLC paperwork, my personal friend was anticipating having them help them with filing their new LLC taxes but I will direct them to go somewhere else after this mishap.
