      image Grumpy millennial reporting here. The staff was all Gen Z, as were most of the people occupying the shop. So not a very welcoming environment.
      It was quite busy and loud when I was there, the seating felt very cramped. Bathroom wasnt very clean. Taking off an extra star for no reusable mugs/cups for your drink.
      I only got a cup of tea which was good quality. I dont know if they have any vegan food options - it honestly didnt look like it. Thankfully theres Veggie Heaven nearby.

      Thanks for your review and feedback. Sorry you were not offered a ceramic mug for your beverage but we do offer "for here" mugs to reduce waste.

      Thanks for your feedback and sorry for your experience. We do have the same menu of food and drinks at all of our locations but many people do have a favorite shop! It's really personal preference.
