I ordered one iced tea from the app and waited 45 minutes for it. Around the 35-minute mark, I asked the lady calling out the orders if she can find my order that I placed 30 mins ago in the most calmest tone ever, because I understand how busy it can get. I work in retail on the same street. She barked at me, telling me that I shouldn't be this rude to her. I replied that I wasn't, and I just wanted to know if my order went through, and she yelled more. I yelled back at her because, at this point, she was the rude one. We both were yelling in the store full of kids until I backed off, and after 10 more minutes, I finally got my drink that was half foam half tea. I was too mad to correct my drink because of her. I'm never coming back to this Starbucks, and other people shouldn't either if you want to be treated with respect.
