Matthew was incredibly helpful in assisting with liquidation of a 401(k) ERISA plan that had undergone a bankruptcy. Matt Vance helped develop a strategy and supported the execution of solving an employment issue and I cannot say enough about his careful consideration of the situation and his ongoing support in solving it. Needless to the say, the strategy was successful and we were very pleased with the outcome. Going into unknown territory in a situation like ours was stressful -- you never quite know if you're doing the right thing or what the motivation of the person guiding you is -- but in the case of Mr. Vance, I believe he genuinely wants to help his clients achieve the best outcome, even if it ends up costing him some billable hours.
