Worst lending service ever! They ruined my account and messed up my credit rating. Never would i recommend anyone to go to Xpress Financial for their mortgage.

As a full time real estate professional, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced when trying to connect with the company for a client. Couldn't have been more rude or off-putting. I never write reviews, but thought I might share this eyebrow raising experience.

I would give them negative stars if possible. Unprofessional, rude, and liars. If you want your loan to be stuck in a limbo and dont mind no response from them at all, this is your place. Otherwise, please save your time and your money and find someone better. Oh and they trap you with promises of lower rates that they do not honor.
