If anyone is looking for a realtor seriously look no further Julia is the BEST!! I was a first-time home buyer and super nervous about the whole process but from the start to finish Julia was there to guide me. She always made herself available day or night and never took longer than a few mins to responds to text messages or calls. Being a huge worrywart what I personally loved the most about Julia was that she literally eased my mind of any concerns and questions I had. She is amazing at what she does and I know I have found my realtor for life.

Working with Julia was the best choice we made in finding our new home! We had reached out to a friends friend, who recommended Julia and from the first day we spoke to her, we felt so comfortable and open! From the start, she always asked us what we were looking for, our preferences, location, etc. and would continuously send us new listings. The first time we spoke to her, she got to know so much about us from the questions she asked that it made it feel like weve known her forever. She was also very up front and honest about everything so there would be no surprises later. Being that this was our first home, we were extremely picky about the smallest things, but we never felt that Julia was either pushing us either away or towards the offer. She always gave her honest opinion and it was always an opinion that we wouldve felt one of our closest friends wouldve given and that is what we really appreciated about her! Even until the last moment, there were a few things we werent 100% satisfied with with the home, but she reassured us that it was still our decision. Our favorite part about working with Julia (besides her amazing personality and friendliness) was her communication. From the start, she would continuously keep us in the loop and literally text us as soon as she found something out throughout the whole process. If wed ask her a question about the home, she would reach out to the agent and get the answer within a few hours and was just always open to us contacting her at anytime. We would recommend Julia (and already have) to anyone and everyone we know because she not only goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy, but we saw that she even goes a step further to make sure there is nothing that we as homebuyers are missing/not seeing that we should be. Julia always pointed out things in our new home that we wouldve never realized although it was a new construction and she made sure those things were fixed before we bought the home. We really appreciated her hard work and dedication in making our first home exactly what we wanted and so much more! We definitely look forward to working with her again in the future!

Julia was wonderful in helping my mom get her home sold. She understood that the house meant a lot to my mother. She took her time to look at the comparable homes in the neighborhood and came up with a game plan to get the home sold without my mom feeling rushed or pressured. The home sold the first week on the market! Thank you so much Julia for all of your help!

I was relocating to NJ from Pittsburgh in 4Q20 for work, amidst the mass exodus from NYC due to COVID so it was challenging. Ms Quinones was committed to ensuring i found a suitable place. She worked hard for me and was high energy. She kept me abreast of all relevant info i needed to make a judgement about potential properties, and was instrumental in formulating appropriate offers (i.e. assessing comparable prices etc.). All around she was fabulous and real pleasant to deal with and she even knew some good eating establishments when i finally closed and arrived. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!
