Awful experience and a super shady dealership. The salesman and his manager kept telling us there was an additional $2000 fee for buying a certified used car but then also would follow up by saying well that's technically illegal and had it listed as car "extras". The salesman also lied outright about basic facts about the car including cargo size compared to another car and the effects of fast charging a plug-in hybrid, both of which I looked up after the fact myself.
