        The rooms are nice but never clean. It's quite a waste because if cleaned properly it would be a very nice place. There is always hair to be found in the tub and/or sink. There is always debris to be found if anything is moved at all in the room. There are stains/dried fluids to be found on surfaces time after time. The older couple that is responsible for turning the rooms over obviously does a crappy job and is badly hurting this business. There are repairs and maintenance that needs to be done as well. The rates fluctuate way too much and too often which I certainly do not appreciate. The walkway outside the rooms is gross because it's never mopped and I've encountered roaches the only time I settled for the first floor. That being said I feel the location is quite convenient considering all the stores very closeby and there is a great natural feel to the setting. Outer appearance of the building is favorable. Most of the staff are very nice, helpful and respectful. The woman who works the front desk on Sunday being the exception. 'T.K.' and his wife are awesome and treat me like family as I've been coming here for quite a some time. It's generally quiet here. All in all I wouldn't come here as often as I have if it weren't a positive experience in general. There just needs to be a higher standard adhered to....
