Horrible at communicating. Put an offer on a home she is selling well above asking and a cash offer and she just disappeared. No communication, nothing. Even after she said best & final by a specific time we abided by. No idea how she conducts business, but Ive purchased and sold 2 homes (this would have been my third) and shes not doing right by people. Welcome to 2023 greed.

I would like to say how very, very helpful Elaine Certa-Morrison was as my realtor. She definitely went above and beyond to get my house sold! I split my time between my home in New Jersey and my home in Florida. I was needlessly worried about my house being shown while I wasnt in New Jersey. Elaine went to my house after each showing to be sure lights were off, doors were locked, etc. She was always available for my phone calls and guided me through every situation/inspection/permit etc.

Elaine handled the sale of the home my sister and I owned in which our elderly parents lived. We needed to do a substantial remodel at Elaine's recommendation, which we felt comfortable with based on Elaine sharing her extensive experience in and knowledge of the market. She guided us through both the remodel process and the overall sale process, which was critical since we were both remote. We never could have pulled off the remodel without her help. Most importantly, she helped us arrive at a strong but reasonable asking price, and advised us to stand firm through a slow period of sales activity. It all paid off and her advice was spot on, as we got our asking price and the sale went through smoothly. We really felt like we had a partner in the process with unparalleled knowledge of the market, especially for the Lake Ridge community. We couldn't have asked for more and strongly recommend Elaine.
