Universal Lawn Care

If I could I would give this company a negative star. Recently, I injured my shoulder, so I decided to hire a professional to do my lawn care. I called the company 8 am, and the young lady explained on the phone, "The guy will be at my property around 4pm for an estimated. If, any changes they would give you a call. " I waited patiently for this company's employee to show up at my property. I called three times no answer. The fourth call a young man pick up the phone and had the nerves to said, "I google your property and my equipment to big for your lawn. My man is a sub contractor and I called him a few times, but he didn't pick up his phone. Do you wanted his phone number. I said, "No." Universal Lawn Care, you had time to google my property, but you didn't have time during the day, to give me a courtesy call about my lawn. Really?

Universal Lawn Care is by far the BEST lawn business I ever used! The owners and secretary are very polite when ever I contact them. I get my grass cut bi-weekly and the owner is very punctual every time. Which shows that Universal Lawn Care is very dependable. Also the pricing is very reasonable which is a BIG PLUS and they also offer senior discounts. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
