Millville Family Dental P.A.

It's unfortunate that I had to give it a star but it was the only way to write this review. I scheduled an appointment for my husband a week ago, cleared all information with them including insurance. Insurance was accepted and an appointment made for today. My husband goes today to only be turned away because they don't accept our insurance. Wth!!! They had more then enough time to get their sh#t together and call me to tell me this before the appointment, instead of making my husband miss work and continue to be in pain while I find another place last minute. I understand mistakes happen, but what I don't understand nor accept is UNNECESSARY mistakes or should I say incompetence. I'll be taking my family somewhere else and I suggest that others do the same and not even bother with this place. If the staff can't get it together, I'm 100% sure the doctors who hire and except this incompetence are incompetent themselves.

I Have to Say that this is the Best Family Dentistry I have been to.. Prompt and Detailed caring about our dental health! Best Hygienist ever. Thank you for making my smile beautiful again!

I give it two stars. The ppl that work in that back are all amazing. Its the front desk with that one little miserable girl that sits in the back for billing. Im definitely looking for another dentist. I just dont understand how ppl work in customer service but really hate to be kind to customers.

Unhappy with second experience, Was seen on January 6th for a hurting tooth. Had to go to urgent care the week prior for pain and swelling issues and antibiotics were given. My visit on January 6th minor work done to tooth, It started reswelling and hurting again called for an appointment Or possibly another prescription for swelling, They told me I had to make another appointment before anything could be done or another prescription could be called in. I was just seen for this issue, less then a week ago !!! Ask them what I needed to do if it worsened they told me go back to urgent care ???...Didn't know urgent care did dentistry ...
